Kickboxing

A Fitness Membership at Villari’s includes unlimited Kickboxing Fundamentals, Master Kickboxing and Strength & Kickboxing classes on a drop-in basis. We recommend 2-3 classes per week to maintain good health.

Kickboxing Fundamentals* (45 min)

This class is designed for beginners of all fitness and experience levels. Focus on proper technique for basic kickboxing strikes: jab, cross, hook, uppercut, elbows, knees, front kick, roundhouse kick. We will also cover alignment, stance and footwork while placing a strong focus on body mechanics to support joint health and reduce risk of injury. Strongly recommended for beginning and continuing kickboxers alike!

Master Kickboxing* (60 min)

High intensity cardio classes taught by professional martial arts instructors in a fun, energetic format. Work out your stress hitting heavy bags and leave feeling great!

Strength & Kickboxing* (75 min)

Our most physically demanding class, designed for students who love a challenge. This class incorporates 20-30 minutes of strength training exercises followed by a full kickboxing workout. May incorporate more work with focus mitts for advanced students.

*Hand wraps or approved gloves and clean, indoor-only athletic shoes required.
